Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted if Shirls Hair World ships an incorrect item or size. We do not accept returns for customer ordering errors, dissatisfaction, or improper handling of products.

Custom / Made-to-Order Wigs

All HD lace wigs are custom-made and require additional processing time.
Custom wigs are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production begins.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or size, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shirlshairworld@aol.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item received

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cash refunds are not offered.

Shirls Hair World is not responsible for:

Customer ordering errors

Lace cutting, coloring, bleaching, or installation

Minor differences due to screen lighting

Shipping carrier delays
